What does it actually look like to trust the flow when the flow is expensive, uncertain, and you can't see the next three steps?
In this episode I'm sharing the story of how a trance meditation, a disappearing flight, and a feisty ancestral Celtic crone sent me on a vision quest to Ireland, and what it really took to say yes.
This one weaves through Lila, the Tantric concept of divine play, energetic and internal boundaries, ancestral longing, learning Gaelic songs badly and loving it, and what it means to stop executing your life correctly and actually start living it.
In this episode:
Why receptivity and equanimity are the conditions intuition actually needs
The difference between financial irresponsibility and genuine trust
Energetic and internal boundaries, and how they work together when fear and knowing show up at the same time
Lila, divine play, and the courage it actually takes to live a full fuck yes life
What learning Gaelic songs has to do with ancestral homecoming

There's an intelligence running through every living system on this planet. Through root systems and mycelium networks and the forests that even crept back over Chernobyl's abandoned roads. It doesn't plan, or manage. It just keeps orienting toward balance, unconditionally, one root at a time.
That same intelligence is running in you. You just can't always hear it.
This episode is about what nature knows about riding a death cycle, and what it means for how we find the ground when the collective field feels like it does right now.
In this episode:
A conversation with my nephew about where the sacred actually lives
Kali Yuga: what the oldest spiritual literature we have says about the age we're in, and why it ends in renewal, not collapse
The chronic override: what it is, why your ego developed it, and what becomes possible when it finally rests
Why Tantra doesn't ask you to transcend your nature. It says your nature is the site of awakening
A somatic practice for dropping into the intelligence that's already there, underneath the noise

I had a week recently that tested everything I teach. And I mean everything.
This episode is the unpolished version of that story, and what it revealed about trust, steadiness, and what years of practice is actually building in you, whether you can feel it yet or not.
I think a lot of us have touched that thing, that quiet undercurrent of okay running beneath the chaos. And most of us don't trust it yet.
That's what we're talking about today.
In this episode:
The story of one of the most intense weeks I've had in a very long time, that revealed just how much all these practices I live and teach actually work when it counts
Kali, Shiva, and what destruction is actually for
Bhumi Devi's core teaching: unshakeable doesn't mean unmoved
Trust as something you build, not something you have
A short somatic practice for finding the ground that's already there
Ready to build this in yourself?

What happens when the urgency drops, the intensity finally settles... and the quiet turns out to be the harder thing?
I'm freshly back in Bali after five intense months in the United States... and completely upside down. In this episode I talk honestly about the nervous system whiplash of moving between emotional realities, what it feels like to land in paradise while still carrying everything you were holding, and why integration is never as clean as it looks from the outside.
From there, I get personal about something I've been sitting with: losing my own inner signal. Doom scrolling. Feeling inadequate watching other coaches, other teachers, other people who seem to have it figured out. And the uncomfortable irony of being a teacher of inner knowing... who temporarily lost access to her own.
This episode is about what it actually takes to come back to yourself. Not through a dramatic breakthrough, but through the small, daily, imperfect practice of listening.
In this episode:
Why the quiet after collective intensity can be harder than the chaos itself
The difference between being aware of something and actually living it
What self-override really looks like (hint: it's usually not dramatic)
The three boundary layers,  internal, energetic, and relational, and how they connect to inner knowing
Working with the archetypal energies of Saraswati, Lakshmi, and Durga
Why your attention is your power, and what happens when the algorithm is choosing where it goes
How trust with yourself gets rebuilt: one small, aligned choice at a time
This episode connects with the March theme in The Continuum, Aligned From Within: Inner Knowing, Outer Integrity, and is a natural continuation of last month's Fierce & Tender episode.
Ready to go deeper? The Boundaries Cohort opens in June - a 6-week embodied program exploring internal, energetic, and relational boundaries for women who are done performing certainty and ready to come home to themselves.

Content warning: In this episode I talk about some heavy stuff - the Epstein files, ICE enforcement and fatal shootings, collective trauma. Listen when it feels right for you.
How do we stay present and connected when the world feels overwhelming? In this episode, I talk about holding both gratitude and grief, clarity and confusion...especially when current events feel too big to process.
I share what's been coming up for me: feeling lonely while also deeply grateful, processing disturbing news about abuse and violence, and noticing how my body responds when everything feels like too much. We explore why we either shut down completely or stay in constant fight mode, and what it actually takes to stay grounded and open instead.
You'll also hear:
A powerful moment at a grief circle that helped everything make sense
Working with fierce and tender energy (through Kali, Durga, and Lalita Tripura Sundari)
What emotional fluidity is and what it looks like in daily life
Why holding paradox is the work right now
A simple body-based practice to try right now
This isn't about forcing yourself to be calm or positive. It's about learning to feel your real feelings without getting stuck or overwhelmed. It's about staying present with yourself during times of change.

Why you can know your boundaries and still cross them sometimes...(hint: there's nothing wrong with you!)
This episode is a real-time reflection on boundaries. How they show up in the body, how they collapse under attachment, and what it takes to stay with yourself when desire and grief are present.
I share a personal story from my own dating life and speak candidly about self-abandonment, panic, and the moment my body made something impossible to ignore. This is not a conversation from the other side of healing. It’s from inside the practice.
In this episode, I explore:
Why boundaries often fall apart in moments of emotional intimacy
How the body communicates long before the mind catches up
Self-abandonment as a learned survival pattern
The difference between knowing your boundaries and being able to hold them
Internal boundaries and staying in agreement with yourself
Energetic boundaries and where attention, fantasy, and attachment go
Relational boundaries and clean endings without blame
The space between wanting connection and choosing to stay with yourself
This episode also includes a guided embodiment practice to help you feel boundaries in your body and relate to them as an act of self-relationship, not self-control.
If you’re navigating attachment, dating, or learning how to listen to yourself more honestly, this conversation is an invitation to slow down and stay present with what’s true.

When I say turn-on, what comes up for you? Most people think sex - but it is so much bigger than that.
In this episode, I unpack what Tantra actually is (and isn’t), how it connects to desire and aliveness, and why being turned-on has more to do with presence and surrender than performance or control.
We’ll explore:🌿 The roots of Classical Tantra vs. Neo-Tantra and modern Sacred Sexuality💫 What “turn-on” really means - and how it shows up far beyond the bedroom🕊 How surrender, boundaries, and safety let your life-force move freely☕ A simple somatic practice to reconnect with your own inner current of pleasure and ease
If you’re craving more softness, presence, and authentic turn-on - this one’s for you.

What if the hardest things you’ve lived through could become the very thing that heals you?
In this episode, I sit down with my longtime friend Melissa, a bodyworker, energy healer, and sound practitioner based in Massachusetts, to talk about how she turned deep trauma and loss into a life rooted in love, service, and feminine power.
Melissa and I grew up together in rural Maine, in a place marked by addiction, silence, and survival. Her story is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we choose to face our pain and let it become medicine.
We talk about:
What it takes to unlearn survival mode and finally feel safe in your body
How healing, motherhood, and boundaries can rewrite generational patterns
Learning to trust your intuition again and let your life be guided by something deeper
⚠️ Trigger warning: Mentions of childhood trauma, abuse, and addiction.

What if the hardest question to answer is also the one that sets you free?
On a recent Sacred Rage call, I asked the women:👉 “If you could do anything you wanted… what would it be?”
And the room went silent. Eyes wide. Nervous laughter. One woman whispered: “I’ve never even thought about that.”
In this episode, I share:
The story of that moment, and what it revealed about how deeply we’ve been taught to silence our desires.
Why so many of us find it terrifying to name what we want (hello conditioning, fear of being “too much,” and the ache of past disappointments).
My own current season of transition—leaving Bali, soaking in Croatia with a dear friend who’s living her dream life, and being confronted by my own longing.
The humbling energy healing session I received here, where I was invited to taste my own medicine and sit with the mantra: “I don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t know. And I’m open.”
How rage clears the debris, boundaries create safety, and desire begins to bloom when we let ourselves feel it all.

After three years abroad, I’ve been back in the U.S. for just over a week...and it’s been a lot. Reverse culture shock, old family dynamics, friendships that feel different, and the intensity of re-entering this cultural climate.
In this episode, I share:
👉 Why coming home can feel like an initiation portal.👉 The grief of not always being met emotionally by people you love.👉 The boat metaphor that’s guiding me through survival energy and overwhelm.👉 The practices that are keeping me afloat—Sacred Rage, emotional alchemy, and Fierce Feminine archetypes.
