Boundaries and desire are meant to dance - but what happens when they step on each other’s toes?
In this raw episode, I share two real stories - one about love, one about work - and how both brought me face-to-face with fear, longing, and the messy balance between desire and boundaries.
You’ll hear:
The moment I knew I was “swimming with sharks” in dating… and why I went anyway.
Why it’s taken years to fully own my work as a tantric practitioner, healer, and entrepreneur.
How masculine (structure) and feminine (flow) energies from the Tantric tradition can help you find balance.
Tools to pursue your desires while creating boundaries that feel like devotion.

⚠️ Trigger Warning: This episode includes personal stories about disordered eating, body image struggles, and diet culture. Please take care while listening.
In this raw, real, and slightly ranty episode, I’m diving into something that’s been stirring in me for a long time...and honestly, I’ve just had enough.
Let’s talk about how “transformation” is being co-opted in the coaching and wellness space, especially when it’s reduced to weight loss or before-and-after photos.
I share my personal journey with disordered eating, including childhood body shame, bulimia, martial arts culture, yoga obsession, and even the ways “wellness” became a new costume for control. I get into how all of that still shows up (quietly, insidiously) even now, in my 40s, living in Bali, and running a coaching business that’s supposed to be about embodiment.
We talk about:
Why thinness isn’t proof of healing
How transformation often looks invisible, messy, or nonlinear
What red flags to watch for when control creeps back in
And how to come home to your body, again and again
If you’ve ever felt like your body had to look a certain way to be taken seriously - or sell your work - or feel “aligned,” this one’s for you.Learn more about Accessible Yoga at www.accessibleyogaschool.comLearn more about working with me at www.JennNoble.com

This one’s for the weirdos, the truth-speakers, the ones in the midst of big shifts, and the tender-hearted humans learning to ride the waves. This is my favorite episode to date, because it’s the first one where I’m not flying solo. I got to sit down with my dear friend and former client Shell… and her wildly wise, hilarious 8-year-old daughter, Harriet.
What starts as a playful conversation about water slides and Bali cats turns into a raw, honest, and beautiful reflection on fear, personal growth, and what it actually takes to live in alignment with your truth.
Shell and I met at a Tantra retreat a few years ago - she showed up not knowing what Tantra even was, and left with her life forever changed. In this conversation, we revisit that retreat, the story of her “safari suit moment,” and all the brave, messy steps she’s taken since to reclaim her power.
We talk about:
How childhood moments shape how we hold power and shame
Why doing the scary thing (yes, even when your undies fall down on the slide) leads to expansion
The very real unraveling that often happens when we start living in our truth
The difference between feeling seen and just being “fixed”
Why having someone in your corner (a container) makes all the difference
And how parenting and personal growth are more intertwined than we think
If you’re in a season of change, or on the edge of one, this episode is a reminder that fear is part of the path… and you’re not doing it wrong just because things feel hard.
Let’s dive in.

In this episode, I pull back the curtain on what it really means to build a soul-led business - the beauty, the terror, the full-body spiritual initiation of it all.
I talk about waking up with panic, hiring support that stretches me, and confronting the deep ancestral fears that rise when we start to truly step into our dharma. I share how sales used to feel manipulative — and how I’ve come to understand it as sacred connection. And I open up about the recent realization that I was named after my grandmother - a woman whose pain left deep imprints in my family line - and how this work I’m doing now is part of healing that legacy.
You’ll also hear reflections from the Bhagavad Gita, nervous system truths about why transformation feels so scary, and the powerful reminder that if we don’t share what we offer… we might be keeping someone from the exact medicine they need.

What if healing didn’t always feel like a breakthrough - but more like a heartbreak? And that's OK?
In this episode, I share what’s been unfolding behind the scenes as I hold space inside Sacred Rage - and how launching this container cracked me open in ways I didn’t expect. I speak honestly about the post-launch crash, the old survival programming that still lives in my nervous system, and the tender process of staying true to my standards in love and work - even when it hurts.
We explore the quiet grief of outgrowing patterns, the difference between emotional labor and intimacy, and the nuance of learning to trust your no.
If you’re in the sacred in-between…If you’re holding yourself while letting go of what no longer fits…This one’s for you.

What if your breakdown was the beginning of your becoming?
In this episode, I share how the fierce feminine archetypes of Kali and Durga helped me make sense of some of the most disorienting—and liberating—moments of my life. From breaking my back in my twenties to losing identities, relationships, and homes… to visions of my grandmother and ancestral rage rising through my body… these goddesses showed me how to meet it all with sacred fire and unshakable presence.
If you’re in the midst of a death cycle—or sensing one on the horizon—this is for you.
✨ I talk about how destruction can be divine
✨ How rage can be a doorway to truth
✨ And how we can root into something deeper than survival

Episode Description:
There’s a reason so many women fear their own fire.
It’s not just personal—it’s ancestral.
In this intimate episode, I share the story of my grandmother—a woman I never met, but was taught to fear. A woman whose pain shaped generations… until she came to me in a vision.
This is the story I almost didn’t tell.
It weaves ancestral trauma, mystical experience, past-life remembrance, and the reclaiming of feminine power.
It’s not just about my healing—it’s about the collective remembering that so many of us are being called into now.
You’ll hear:
🌑 The haunting legacy I inherited🕯️ The vision that began to unravel it🔥 The session where I reclaimed my voice🌹 Why I created Sacred Rage—and what it’s here to awaken in youIf your rage has ever felt like too much… if your power has ever scared you… this one’s for you.

Why do so many of us fear being “too much”?
In this episode, I explore the deep, often hidden fear of taking up space—emotionally, sensually, and energetically. I share a vulnerable moment from a recent Tantra retreat, unpack the historical roots of this fear through the lens of the witch trials, and speak to how epigenetics reveals just how alive these patterns still are in our bodies today.
If you’ve ever swallowed your truth, dimmed your light, or questioned whether your fire is “too much,” this one’s for you.
